Nice room, large facilities.
Far away from anything that matters. Unless one needs to stay in this specific hotel or every single place in the city was overbooked, there's no reason on earth why one woudl pick this hotel. Even staying at the airport is better, at least there's a train to the city.

The breakfast has delicious and large options with wonderful views and different rates, for instance. The staff are top-class and the room is reasonably large. The location is good and perfect and they have parking onsite...

Great Hotel! Very close to the airport, which is why I stayed there. The shuttle was great, but cost 10 euros. Would recommend to stay if you need a close place the the airport. Also big and clean rooms! Wonderful

Rooms are clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Very comfortable bed. The pool area is also very nice. The hotel is placed few kilometers outside of rome but by car the city center can be reached in less than 20 minutes. By public transport it might be a bit more complicated. There didn't seem to be a bus or train stop close by.
The staff is not very service oriented. We had to ask for certain things several times (E.G. we had to order a coffee for breakfast twice and waited 25 minutes, or at the pool restaurant the waiter brought twice the wrong food even though there were only like 3 guests and he wasn't busy at all). When we arrived in rather sporty clothes the receptionist was very arrogant. Few hours later in more elegant clothes the same receptionist was suddenly much more polite.

The rooms were nice.. Bed linen was excellent.
Poor location, nothing surronding the hotel, e.g. Resteraunts, shopping facilities! Hotel restaurants and bar very overpriced!!

The spa pool and saunas was worth every penny.
Front desk said breakfast was included. Restaurant staff said it was not. However, we did get breakfast, which we should have for the price we paid. No boiler for coffee/tea in room--have to travel to the lobby. Good coffee there, however. Paying for the airport shuttle and use of the pool seems strange to an American accustomed to these being a part of the "value added" of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay! The food was incredibly delicious, especially the latte macchiato and tiramisu, which were top-notch. The swimming pool was marvelous, well-maintained, and clean. I also enjoyed the spacious room that allowed for a quiet and restful sleep.

Hotel had no record of my booking and my checkin was delayed by 30 minutes while they and I contacted Booked.net. Restaurant was poor: quality of food for both dinner and breakfast was unacceptable; food ran out and kitchen staff seemed to disappear in the last 15 minutes before scheduled mealtimes ended.

The staff here were helpful. They even booked our airport transfer swiftly. The gelato at the lobby bar was to die for! Just wish the WiFi was easier to access 🍦

It was a very nice room and it had an international feel to it. Staff were very good.
Some of the services were quite costly and not value for money. The bar charged way too much for drinks and the breakfast was not value for money.
